If moving to Tasmania from within Australia, the simplest solution is to contact a removal company such as Grace's, Watkins, etc. This probably isn't going to be the cheapest option!
Those with fewer possessions and who do not want to engage a professional removal company, another way is to load up a van and bring it across on the ferry.
